Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of kipseo.com and the KipSEO service. KipSEO is run by Techy Solutions (NS0310159-P), a business registered in Malaysia (“we”, “us”). By using the site or subscribing, you agree to them. KipSEO is for businesses: by subscribing, you confirm you're acting for a business and are allowed to agree to these terms for it.

1. The free audit

The audit looks at public information about your business: your website, your public Google Business Profile, nearby businesses and what AI assistants say when we ask them. It's a snapshot to help you, not professional advice. Google's data and AI answers change often, and AI assistants can give different answers to the same question, so results can vary from one audit to the next.

2. What paid plans include

Each plan includes what's listed on our pricing at the time you subscribe. KipSEO is software that checks and reports: every week it asks AI assistants about businesses like yours, and every month it re-runs your audit and emails you a report with a fix list. AI answers and public data can be wrong or change, so treat the results as a guide.

  • No access needed. We only use public information: your Google listing, your website and what AI assistants say. You don't give us access to your Google account or your website, and we never ask for their passwords.
  • Your profile and website. We don't post, reply or edit anything on your profile or your website. The audit and reports list what to change, and you or your web person make those changes.
  • Review requests (Pro). We only contact your own customers who you confirm have agreed to hear from you. We never write fake reviews, buy reviews or offer rewards for reviews.

3. Your part

  • You're the owner of the business, or allowed to manage its online presence.
  • The details you give us (your business name, website, and for review requests, your customers' names and emails and your postal address) are accurate, and you're allowed to share them with us.

We can decline to send anything that is false, misleading, unlawful, or against Google's or other platforms' rules.

4. No guaranteed results

We work to improve how your business shows up, but nobody controls Google's rankings or what AI assistants recommend. We don't guarantee any ranking, number of calls, reviews or sales. Google can change, limit or suspend Business Profiles under its own policies, which are outside our control.

5. Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars, and renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. A yearly plan costs ten times the monthly price. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Prices don't include any taxes that may apply where you are.
  • Founding members keep the price they joined at, monthly or yearly, for as long as their subscription stays active. If you cancel and come back later, current prices apply.
  • For everyone else, we'll email you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect (for yearly plans, before your renewal). You can cancel before it does.
  • We'll email yearly subscribers at least 14 days before their plan renews.
  • If a payment fails, we'll let you know, and we may pause the work until it's sorted out.

6. Cancel anytime, and our 14-day money-back guarantee

  • There's no contract. You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Your plan keeps running until the end of the month or year you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • 14-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy within 14 days of your first payment, monthly or yearly, email us and we'll refund that payment in full. This applies once per business.
  • Apart from that guarantee, we don't refund unused time, including the rest of a yearly plan.

7. Your content

Your business information, customer lists and reports are yours. You let us use them only to provide the service. We won't name you as a customer or show your results publicly without your permission.

8. Fair use of the site

Please don't misuse the site: no automated scraping, overloading it, or using the audit to harass others. We limit how many audits can be run from one place.

9. Other services

The service relies on others, such as Google, OpenAI and Stripe. We aren't responsible for their outages or for changes they make, though we'll work around them where we can.

10. Ending or pausing the service

We may pause or end the service if these terms are broken, if payment isn't made, or if continuing would break the law or a platform's rules. If we end your plan for reasons that aren't your fault, we'll refund any time you've paid for but not received.

11. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

If we make an important change, we'll email subscribers at least 14 days before it takes effect and update the date at the top. Smaller changes, like clearer wording, take effect when posted.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia handle any disputes.
